The process of replacing my windshield went very smoothly. I thought it might be possible to repair it, but after sending them pictures they confirmed that it needed to be replaced. They contacted my insurance and got it approved for replacement and sent a well qualified technician out the next day to replace it. It was a complicated install as it had a heads-up display that needs to be calibrated. Very happy with the result.
